I had a relaxed, no pressure visit to the dealership. They not only put the used vehicle up on the rack in the service bay so I could inspect the undercarriage, but they also checked transmission and differential fluid levels/conditions right in front of me. Total transparency!

Salesman John Knox was very nice and knowledgeable about the car he showed to me. Not pushy. Came back the next day and he allowed me to test drive it. After I told him I would purchase it , he was very helpful with getting everything I needed ( like calling my insurance agent) and telling me what I needed to bring from home. I worked with Jordan on ordering myself a vehicle from the factory. Because of the popularity of the model year I chose, I was stuck waiting over 3 months for it to arrive. During that time, however, Jordan was very transparent with me and did attempt to get me in a model they had on the lot the same week I ordered. Once my car did arrive, it had a factory-included option that I thought looked ugly so Jordan worked with detailing to have it removed. I can always appreciate somebody going out of their way to ensure customers' happiness.

We had a great experience with Andres W. The sales team gave us what we asked for regarding our trade in & did a great job getting the maintenance updates for our 2015 Tacoma ( new tires, oil change,balance,etc.). The financial aspect was quick & easy,highly recommend this dealership.

I had positive experience having my oil changed and tires rotated at the cost they quoted. They also assessed why my rear wiper wasn't working properly. Jennifer Beacon kept me updated through the entire process and had techs explain issue with the wiper arm. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.
