I had a few issues. I called them on Monday. They got me in for diagnostics ordered the parts and had me fixed on Tuesday. I dropped it off at noon they took me back to work and picked me up when I got off at 4:30 with my car already done. Fast friendly service and they worked around my schedule. I walked into Toyota today around 3:45 pm on August 13, 2026. I came in on a whim looking at another vehicle online. Our car salesman was kind, not pushy! He pointed out a vehicle we might be interested in...said he would call us when car was ready to drive, plus another car was available, if interested! He did in fact call... so later that day...went down, drove the car, gave us a better deal..left with that car:) We purchased our last vehicle with this same dealership in 2017, did not want to go anywhere else! I thought we scheduled on line. We got to Canton Toyota at 11:05 for a 11:30 appointment. He had no record of our appointment. He took us without missing/skipping a beat. When I sat to wait I scrolled my request for an appointment I missed the complete the transaction button. It was my fault!!! And he got us out in less then an hour.

Everyone we encountered friendly, helpful and professional, especially our sales rep Victor. He did an excellent job keeping us informed during the long, long process (Toyota supply issues) of trying to get a specific build of Sienna. The vehicle is amazing so far. They even scheduled the first maintenance 6 months out, no one has done that for us before! Throw in powertrain warranty forever, what a great deal.
RAV 4 Had an oil change today. About 1 hr. About 70 bicks with coupon..Asked about transmission oil change and received a fair quote. Will return for that work. Building was clean and people easy to work with.

I popped a tire on the interstate while coming to visit a friend. They were able to fit me in that day and patch my tire within 6 hours. I had to wait longer for my warranty paperwork to go through. I would return to this dealership if I was in the area.

I had a strict budget going into this and it wasn’t looking possible but he talked with the finance guy and cut me a deal and got everything sorted out under my budget as well. My experience was very positive. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying and I received a fair trade for my old Tacoma. I received a wonderful coupon in the mail for a full synthetic oil change. While completing my oil change, the tech created a very informative video to inform me of any issues that he noticed. Matthew was fantastic. He was very up front about the pricing, I agreed to the charges. He helped me find the best deal with my coupon, and it turned out to be less than what I was quoted. He also handled my rental return to make it easy when I came to pick up my car. He was also honest about what my car needs for future service and what's still good, and i didn't feel pressured into getting them. Best customer service! I'll be bringing my rav4 here for future services.
I had excellent service at Toyota. I was given a lot of information, the wait time fit the complexity of the procedures, and I was updated during the procedure. I've been with Toyota a long time and I hope to stay with Toyota as long as possible.
the service seems great, people were friendly. but when I purchased my vehicle here I was told it came with two years of maintenance but I was charged for my tire rotation so I am not happy with that part of it.

I bought a 2026 Camry LE AWD here about a month ago and the experience was good, I would have liked to get a bit more of a discount off MSRP but you hardy have a leg to stand on when most of them sell before hitting the lot. Love the MPG I included some picture of the crazy going and returning MPG on a recent drive. Overall averaging 51 MPG at 2000 miles
