I worked with Jordan on ordering myself a vehicle from the factory. Because of the popularity of the model year I chose, I was stuck waiting over 3 months for it to arrive. During that time, however, Jordan was very transparent with me and did attempt to get me in a model they had on the lot the same week I ordered. Once my car did arrive, it had a factory-included option that I thought looked ugly so Jordan worked with detailing to have it removed. I can always appreciate somebody going out of their way to ensure customers' happiness.
