This dealership is a 5 star operation in all aspects. I purchased my 2023 Toyota Camry there in 2023 and this is my third service appointment today-(6/18/2025). The entire staff is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me a free car washing after completing the service inspection. Again I give this dealership the highest possible score!!!

Worst service I have ever had there. Tech left his screwdriver on the floor along with greasy footprints everywhere. Left grease on seat and around the seat. Went back after picking up the van to show the service manager and express my disappointment he had me waiting for over an hour. His attitude left me thinking that my business (30+ years) was not important and I was bothering him with something he really didn’t care about. Basically got lip service

Teresa is a rockstar. She makes their service department look great she gives feedback before she returns the car gets it clean for you and tells you where it’s parked not everyone else does.
