I had a relaxed, no pressure visit to the dealership. They not only put the used vehicle up on the rack in the service bay so I could inspect the undercarriage, but they also checked transmission and differential fluid levels/conditions right in front of me. Total transparency! The dealership brought the vehicle to my home, 2 hours away...after performing services I asked for...another big plus. I did have one fairly significant concern after inspecting my delivered vehicle. I addressed this to my salesman, who in turn addressed it to his manager, who then contacted me. We resolved my concern completely to my satisfaction. I want to thank my salesman Joel for his professionalism and good attitude toward me as a customer, especially after the sale. I also want to thank the sales manager Jason who acted upon Joel's escalation of my concern and made sure I was happy with my purchase, which I was. Buying from To y ota of North Canton was pleasant and I would recommend them as a deslership.
