Excellent experience with Jeremy and Tim, they made the process of buying a new car less daunting. Jeremy was super helpful from the get-go finding what we needed and working with us on payments and options to meet our budget and make sure every box was still checked. Once purchasing the car. Tim took his time to go over the details and the contract agreement with us. Answer any questions we had as well as thoroughly explain additional options for warranty coverages. Overall, I felt I got almost 'too good' of a deal with how easy and transparent they were. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota.

I received a wonderful coupon in the mail for a full synthetic oil change. While completing my oil change, the tech created a very informative video to inform me of any issues that he noticed. Upon payment, I was also given a full list of all the findings in writing. The service at Toyota North Canton was great! Thank you!

I highly recommend this dealer for your next car purchase! I visited another dealer before coming here! That was a mistake, should have came here first as I was treated unfairly at the other dealership! John Knox is the salesperson I worked with. He treated me fair, answered all my questions, did not upsell anything and was actually concerned about my purchase. I have also used their service department on a car I already owned and they were great also! Greg Haines, the sales manager is a great person also! This is not your typical car dealership!
