Welcome to Toyota of North Canton

I went to get oil change, tires rotated and brakes looked at. The said I would need new front brakes next time. Which is good. There are some places that if you buy your tires there they will rotate them for free. Toyota of North Canton doesn’t do this so at $35 feet to rotate tires I will from now on but my tires from them not the dealer. Also I will be checking some independent garages what they charge to get brakes done. I will ask them to use either use OEM or Akeboon parts. I was also standing there and another service advisor ask someone if they wanted their car washed so I ask my service advisor if they could wash my car and he said sure. At the exact same time the mechanic brought the car keys back so I told the service advisor to forget it. I went home and washed it. Just sort of tired of over paying for things.

Work was done correctly, quickly, and all employees who I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable waiting area was appreciated too.

Our experience was very mixed. We had a wonderful experience with our Sales Rep Andres and Ray in Financing. The whole process was seamless. We got the price and payment we wanted and it took no time at all. Everyone was friendly. What the mixed review is, was when it came to seeing we had a cracked hub cap and no floor mats. Andres was kind enough to offer to buy us one to replace it. I asked if the Sales Manager would consider an Amazon gift card to allow us to purchase the floor mats and hub cap in our own. To which I was told no and that they could send us links to purchase the mats. I had already had some in my cart on Amazon. This seems very trivial, but my husband and I bought a car in 2008 from a dealership much smaller than Toyota and we asked them to take care of rims and tires and water in the trunk. To which all was taken care of at no cost to us. This was our first Toyota purchase as we have always been a Honda Family and I was a little disappointed in the fact that something so small was not honored. So great experience with Sales Man but a little disappointed in service after the purchase. I love my car though.

Luke was wonderful to deal with. He kept me up to date weekly on vehicle’s production and delivery. Everyone at North Canton Toyota was very professional and kind.

At 79, I had to replace my vehicle. Not what I was looking to do. Actually had to have it towed. Went to Toyota nearby and had excellent customer service, from salesman, Kim. He was patient, listened to me, and showed me a small SUV to fit my budget and lifestyle. Ray, in finance, was helpful and handled the loan requirements. Kim actually washed the vehicle one more time before I left with it the same day. (I spent 45 years in CS/sales with corporate accounts - 25 in management of a team of CSR's This group at Toyota exceeded my expectations). I strongly recommend them.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota of North Canton and absolutely love my new Toyota! My sales experience was great, and I really appreciated everyone who helped me throughout the purchase process. The only part of the experience that was frustrating was the initial financing. I was disappointed with the rate I was originally offered and felt that more could have been done to find competitive financing. However, I want to give credit where credit is due. After I expressed my concerns, one of the co-owners personally reached out to me, listened to my concerns, and made sure they were addressed. The finance manager continued working on my behalf and ultimately secured a much better interest rate, which I am very pleased with. I truly appreciate that management listened and took the time to make things right. It would have been easy for them to dismiss my concerns, but they didn’t. That says a lot. I love my vehicle and am happy with the outcome. Thank you to the team at Toyota of North Canton, especially the co-owner and finance manager, for ultimately turning a frustrating part of the experience into a positive one!
