Great customer service and communication with updates

2nd visit and was just as good and friendly as the first. Still no hot chocolate, but they did have dog treats for my dog :-)

Got on a waitlist and avoided price hikes from other Toyota dealers. Sold at msrp with standard mats and door guards that every new gr86 comes with. Worked with Doug and John. Finance guy here isn’t out to screw you like Diehl Toyota Of Wooster.
