I had a few issues. I called them on Monday. They got me in for diagnostics ordered the parts and had me fixed on Tuesday. I dropped it off at noon they took me back to work and picked me up when I got off at 4:30 with my car already done. Fast friendly service and they worked around my schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.

I walked into Toyota today around 3:45 pm on August 13, 2026. I came in on a whim looking at another vehicle online. I am in the process of rebuilding credit and wasn’t sure I would get approved for anything. I was talking all day with a great salesman named Luke of North Canton Toyota. He was very helpful and wouldn’t stop at anything until I was able to get into something at 5:20 pm a little under two hours. I walked out with this 2016 Subaru Impreza. I am in Love for the car and forever grateful for Luke for helping me and not stopping until he was able to do. Thank you, Toyota of North Canton.

Our car salesman was kind, not pushy! He pointed out a vehicle we might be interested in...said he would call us when car was ready to drive, plus another car was available, if interested! He did in fact call... so later that day...went down, drove the car, gave us a better deal..left with that car:) We purchased our last vehicle with this same dealership in 2017, did not want to go anywhere else! Thank you Anthony....you made the experience a very good one:)

I thought we scheduled on line. We got to Canton Toyota at 11:05 for a 11:30 appointment. He had no record of our appointment. He took us without missing/skipping a beat. When I sat to wait I scrolled my request for an appointment I missed the complete the transaction button. It was my fault!!! And he got us out in less then an hour.
